Michelle_AslanMichelle Aslan MEd (c) has a strong passion for teaching, knowledge translation, and the communication of ideas. She is an educator and workshop facilitator. Michelle conducts workshops designed to eliminate dis-empowering behaviours and habits. She is also a teaching assistant at Beedie School of Business, Faculty of Economics and the Faculty of Education at Simon Fraser University.  Michelle, brings a PIDP (Provincial Instructors Designation), experience as a teaching and research assistant, plus over fourteen year’s of experience working as a project coordinator and facilitator delivering programs and coordinating events in provincial, federal, and corporate institutions.

Michelle’s focus and research interests include: Nutrition, changing dis-empowering eating behaviours and habits, physiology, peek performance, work life balance, employee recovery, work environments and work motivation.
