Khayla Almonte-Davila

Khayla is a curious, budding social innovator who is constantly finding ways to learn more about how the world works and how to combat complex systems. She has a wide range of diverse experiences and interactions within social innovation community: from working at RADIUS SFU on strategic thinking and as a business mentor, to working abroad at social enterprise in Uganda; from working at a nation-wide impact investment firm, to sitting on the Board of Directors at an international charity called Educating Girls in Rural China, her experiences shape her unique perspective. Khayla works with Bridge4Health as a Strategic Consultant. She worked on the Strategic Planning committee to create the 5 years plan, and is working on a 3 year strategic plan for the Wellness@Work Lab. She enjoys system design and strategic planning, catchy music, and a genuine laugh.
