Alia Sunderji is a social entrepreneur, educator, and advocate for equity, sustainable innovation, and food security. She teaches Sustainable Innovation at Simon Fraser University and is pursuing an MBA in Sustainable Innovation at the University of Victoria. As the founder of Luv The Grub, a social enterprise that upcycles surplus produce into gourmet spreads while employing newcomer refugees, Alia is deeply committed to reducing food waste and creating meaningful employment opportunities.
At RADIUS SFU, she serves as a Portfolio Manager, consulting on equity-centered design and bias training to amplify communities often locked out of power. With a passion for rethinking business systems to center equity, sustainability, and food justice, Alia continues to blend her entrepreneurial experience with her work in education and consulting.
